The emails must been sent by mistake. Please ignore these emails as you have an active subscription valid till 2021.2.21.
Open AVG Internet Security installed on your computer and click on "My AVG->My Subscriptions". From here check if it shows the correct expiry date.
If not, please activate the product using the new license number you have received.

Help, i'm getting tired to receive messages that if payment is nor received the licence would be cancelled. Today (22 feb 2019) i have received a final email saying that the licence has been cancelled. preempting that i have tried to contact AVG several times via email without success. I would like to clarify and formally state that the payment of $250.99 has been processed by my bank via bpay to digital river on the 23 jan 2019. reference from my anz bank is 180735. Could you please rectify this it is extremely frustrating not being able to communicate and receiving a number of emails stating lies.
