Cancellation of my account

I am sorry, I am unable to locate any case reference number under our records.

On checking, you have been charged for AVG TuneUp subscription on Oct 3, 2019 for EUR 69.99.

I have processed refund for the same and an email confirmation has been sent to your registered email address.

I see that you have AVG Internet Security valid till Nov 21, 2019. I have cancelled the auto-renewal from my end. You will not be charged after the expiry date.

I phoned about 3 weeks ago that i do not need anything from AVG anymore beceause i have no computer anymore.
the amount of 69 ,95 is still from my account - i want the money back pls
