Cancellation of my AVG account

There may be a problem with the AVG 60day trial after it reaches the contract end In November. The Digital River email to me ref; this, is NOT the same one as the one on my Gmail Account. It is on my btmail account.Order number (removed) 21st Sept. 2019, expiry date 22 November. Their Email to me states :-  Don't worry about renewing before expiration,either .Your new one will only start after the current one finishes. 
I do not want a new contract. I already have the TuneUp on my gmail account which expires later. Can you assure me that the New Contract will not be automatically started? This will be my final worry.

We have cancelled the automatic renewal for all active subscriptions and assure you will not get charged for their renewals.
When it is time, you will receive a notification email from us to remind you about the renewal. You can then decide whether or not to renew.

I am STILL trying to cancel my AVG account(s). When I attempt login my pc responds with "you are already logged in ". How can that be? I just do not understand

I have JUST discovered that having 2 Accounts with AVG, one of which shows the Stars and Stripes, also involves different email addresses on my part (and passwords).As you may remember from the past 2 weeks of these chats? I was informed that when my current PC Avg contracts ended I will not be involved with auto renew, from both Accounts.However, because of my age and ailments,I still want to close my accounts with AVG then my son-in-law can take over. Chat number 9 in the string, from Balasubrimanian (Avast) gave me instructionsas follows:- to submit your AVG Account deletion request, visit this https://www.avg.com/gdpr website. enter your email address and click Request Access. At this point th screen cleared and came back with my current list of contracts on my Avg gmail (Stars and Stripes} account but nothing else. I did attempt 3 times all to no avail.
Is there anything further we( or you)can do? I am not au fais with this sort of thing and unfortunately the stress involved brings on the pain of the Angina.

Okay. In that case I will continue as we are at the moment and see what happens when renewal time comes around.Thank you all for your patience, my being old and heading for senile this has been quite a trial for me.Thank goodness my son-in -law will be in charge when we need to consider renewal

The automatic renewal on both your accounts has been disabled. Hence, there will be no further automatic renewals/charges.
Hence, you can be rest assured that the trial subscription of TuneUp in your bt account will expire on Nov 21, 2019.

Dennis, you have two AVG accounts under registered under dexxxx.xxxey@btinternet.com and dexxxx.x.xxxey@gmail.com.
And you also have active subscriptions registered under the Gmail address. Do you want to close both accounts?

Please note that if you would like to close the account, you cannot use the subscriptions anymore. Is that okay with you?

Are you trying to delete your AVG MyAccount or cancel the auto renewal?

Can you share us the screenshot of the issue?
