As per our record, you have been charged €79.99 on 6th December 2019 for the renewal of AVG Ultimate subscription.
A charge of €34.99 was debited on 30th November 2019 for the renewal of AVG PC TuneUp (1 Computer) license.
Both occurred due to auto renewal service enabled for their respective first purchase.
We sent prior billing email notification about this process and the charges that are going to be taken.
We assure you that these are legitimate charges debited for AVG subscription and assure you that we do not charge without authorization.

I have been trying to cancel this account for 14 months and have been advised
1. it cannot read my credit card and will be cancelled 7th december.
2. i get messages saying that it has been automatically renewed without my express permission.
is this a form of internet fraud where I cannot cancel a direct debit.
I have been told i'm tied in again for another 12 months.
