Hi, I received an unauthorized charge on my credit card from DRI*AVG Technologies on 4 May 2024. I’m very disappointed that I have been charged with no renewal notice given before the next billing date. 
 
On my payment center page, it showed no active subscriptions, no payments to show. On my order history page, it showed no payment information here. There is no record of subscription, payment & invoice in my account after being charged. 
 
I want to cancel the subscription and request a refund IMMEDIATELY.
