I would like to inform you that "My Subscription" option has been changed to "My products", you can see your AVG subscription under My products. I have canceled the auto renewal process for AVG Internet Security and you will not be billed automatically in future.
I wish to cancel my subscription when it runs out but when I follow the instructions in your e mail and go to My Account, there is no word 'subscription' anywhere. Therefore I am unable to cancel. Am I doing something wrong?
