We regret for the inconvenience caused. On verifying your records with us, the product located is "AVG Internet Security (1 computer)". We could find that you have already cancelled the auto-renewal of the product. On further checking the records, we could see that the product will be valid till 24 July 2018. Thank you.

I have cancelled the subscription. But still  the account is showing 730 odd days left.my present account ends on 24 July. I am not interested to renew this account.
