I am the customer. I have purchased a product. 
I either
a) want that product  or
b) want a refund.

OK, as I cannot have a refund I expected to keep the AVG PC Tuneup for the remainder of the year that I have paid for, so I installed it on 4/30/2018. Now that is not working, can I assume that you have now cancelled the product ?  If so, please give it back and commence  the year from this date.  The automatic renewal cancellation can begin next year please.

I'm sorry but we do not have option to process a refund (AUD 53.99) for AVG PC TuneUp renewal because of 30 days refund policy (renewal was on 2018.3.5).
However, as per your request I have cancelled the automatic renewal for AVG PC TuneUp, the license will be not renewed and no money will be taken from your account.

I was billed for AVG tuneup on 4th Feb 2018 and I have not installed this product as I do not want it anymore. Please refund my Au $ 53.99 and cancel my subscription.

I will help you to get the PC TuneUp working like before.
Perform (repair) of AVG PC TuneUp and inform the status here.

We have canceled the Automatic renewal for your AVG PC TuneUp subscription. You will get a renewal notification to your email when the product gets expire (3/21/2019). To fix the issue with AVG PC TuneUp product, you can contact our technical team-
