Thank you  Santhosh for your prompt and helpful reply which is much appreciated… Today I have received a reminder that my payment is due, but I am sure that is an automatic thing and that your cancellation will get through to the correct department soon. My computer is so old that it will give up soon anyway.

I wish to cancel my avg antivirus package as I find it hard to cope with a computer as I get older.
I cannot find out how to do this. Can anyone advise me please.
