We wish to cancel our subscription with AVG. We understand that you debited our account without notification and wish this NOT to happen again. When I log into my account, go to subscriptions it says " No active subscriptions, no payments to show" now given you just debited my account on the 28 August, 2024 we know this isn't true. I am unable to cancel this subscription. I am also not able to contact anyone in Australia in customer service to help me as you haven't listed any contact details for me to do so. I will not pay for another year as I am 75 years old and don't use a computer. Please help me, I can't afford you to take more money from me.
