I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. As per your request, I have cancelled the automatic renewal for AVG Antivirus which will expire on 2018.2.5. The license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for the renewal. The subscription has not been renewed this year so we do not have option for refund. The reason I cancelled my AVG was that it was imposible to get any contact with/from these people. They have now taken money off me for subs that I dont want and I can't get access to anything or anyone. Just want to talk to a human being who can say, "yes your refund is on its way" Any ideas?
