We understand your concern. We see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG Internet Security which is about to get renewed automatically. If you wish to cancel this renewal, you can do the same from your AVG MyAccount under "Subscription" tab. Or we can also disable the same from our end. Please try to disable the automatic renewal from your account, if you still have any issue, please let us know and we will cancel this for you.
