Cancellation of trial subscription

We haven't received your request for cancellation of auto renewal service earlier. We would like to inform you that we haven't charged anything yet.
We have cancelled the auto renewal status of AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device, 60-day Trial) and AVG TuneUp (60-day Trial). These products will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account.

Good day I have send previously a request for the cancellation of the trial subscription of my account and now I see your office did extend my subscription without my consent and that you want to bill me for a service that i never agreed upon.
KIindly remove that subscription with immediate effect otherwise I will have to take legal action against your company for billing me for extended service that I've never request or agreed upon.
