I would like to cancel my renewal of AVG before it gets changed to my account on January 8, 2020.
I do not wish to use it anymore

My 2 year subscription for virus protection expires in November (22nd) 2017.  I no longer wish to renew this.  I am unable to access this thru My Account in order to cancel, as it erroneously does not recognize my subscription and I am unable to create a new account using my current email address.  Please CANCEL  my subscription and automatic extension/renewal for which I do nor wish to be billed
