Cancellation refund

I have contacted avg on two occasions and each time told they were reversing the auto pay payment that I was unaware of having on my account after my first purchase of their product. I became aware of the renewal charge made in November when I got my December credit card statement. I now must try again to work my way thru the mase to get to someone that can help me get this refund  and not incur another 66 dollars from "ASKTECH SUPPORT" which I incurred last time I tried to get my refund. I'm NOT VERY GOOD WITH COMPUTER as an elder person in need some to show me how
