Cancellation/Refund

Hi, 
I would like to cancel my “subscription” with AVG as I did not authorise this direct debit to be taken out of my account. I have never wanted to pay for AVG and I have given no consent at all for this payment for the subscription. I would like to cancel this and receive a complete refund please.
