Cancelled subscription and charges credit card with out permission

I notice that you have again taken funds from my bank account (Via Credit Card) without my permission. There was has email stating that you would take RM 169.00. You did not even tell me what it was for!
I received your email with order number 2 times .1st on 30/8/2024 - for subscription renewal that I don't know for what. order no : (order number removed),I ignore that email -means I not agreed with your promotion .2nd time email today 29/9/2024 with order no.(order number removed) with the same reason and the deduction happen with out my permission.  
I demand a refund ASAP in the amount of RM169.00.  It looks to me that you are trying to scam your customers.  As you this is not the first time that you have tried these.
