Topic says it all really. Been with AVG for a few years, happy enough. tried their tune up software, didnt provide any functionality I couldnt do for myself. So I cancelled. Same day they took payment (£45) and cancelled my sub.
Basically, I want my money back. Not a complicated fix, get it sorted.
