Cancelled subscription but I was charged for auto-renewal

I cancelled my subscription in February, 2018 yet I was automatically billed for the renewal and my credit card company paid the charge.  Please cancel the auto renewal and refund the $64.99 to me.

I have a confirmation email from February confirming that the subscription was cancelled.
