Cancelled subscription, but was charged for two renewals

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Upon checking the account that you used for registering on community, we see that your AVG Antivirus license expired on 9th March 2017.
Also the auto renewal has been cancelled.
We request you to contact our sales team using this link: https://support.avg.com/support_sales_chat?l=en so that they can investigate on the amount that was debited and proceed further.

I cancelled both AVG antivirus and AVG PC TuneUp months ago, but continued getting notices that I would be automatically renewed in March. I double checked, and your website confirmed that I have no subscriptions, a couple of weeks ago.

This week, you have charged me over $100 to automatically renew both programs that your site had said were cancelled. That's over $100 for service I am neither using nor want.

Please correct this malady.
