Cancelled subscription, money still taken

We acknowledge your refund request. Upon checking your account, we see that the trial version of Secure VPN has been renewed as it was enrolled to automatic renewal (still enabled).
We do send pre-billing notification email prior the subscription expires (sent to you on 2/3/19) which also had the information on how to cancel the subscription.

I cancelled my subscription for VPN 30 days ago but I have had the money deducted from my account with Pay Pal. How do I get my money refunded and the cancelation confirmed?
