I wanted to cancel my AVG subscriptions for AVG internet security and also the AVG PC tune up, so i have gone to my account and hit unsubscribed and got confirmation emails saying automatic billings had been stopped for both subscriptions.
However today i received an email stating my subscriptions expiry date and the amount that is going to be charged. My AVG account says the subscriptions are expiring. Am i still going to be charged for a product i don't want and i have cancelled?
who do i contact to make sure it is cancelled and i wont be charged?

As per your request, we have cancelled the auto renewal for your subscription of AVG Internet Security and AVG PC TuneUp.
Therefore, you wont be charged in the future after the expiration of the product.
