Cancelled Subscription

I cancelled a subscription in Aug 2023 and was refunded the £69.99 as I was incorrectly billed . I did not reactivate anything. Today another £69.99 was taken from my account. When I have queried this they said Digital Ireland has been attempting to take funds monthly!!! For some reason Paypal aloud this one and I have raised a dispute How do I get my money back, I do not have a subscription and how do I get my details removed to stop these attempts on my account I do not have a contract with you

No help whatsoever. Your email also does not make sence as it does not address the issues. All numbers for the UK do not connect. So let's try again LAST YEAR as in 2023. I CANCELLED the service and you rightly reimbursed the payment you tock. You did that. Yesterday you tock payment again for something that was cancelled in 2023!!! My bank has also told me you have been trying to take money monthly which is now fraudulent as I CANCELLED and have not reinstated any service with you. I want a refund now. I'm not filling in a form as I do not have the original order as I did not purchase anything!! The point here is it was cancelled in 2023!!! You should not be taking funds in 2024!!!
