Received Email saying my order number 11676489672 has been successfully cancelled but you have still taken £49.99 from my account which I contest the legality of.
Now there doesn't seem to be any link for me to get my money back.
Not the first time that I have encountered difficulty with your products or being able to contact you.
Needless to say not at all impressed.
HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK ???
