Cancelled subscription

Hi!
I have cancelled my subscription for TuneUp. As you know, the trial period about 60 days still continues till expire date, wich, in my case, is on May 7, 2020.
I received a mail wich ask me about renewing my subscription that is coming to expire. After that, the mail continues with the period of 60 days free subscription period and a billing amount
of $49.99. Where does this come from? So, after all, I will be charged for the trial period?

Hi Adrian,

We will clarify how AVG trial works.
When you sign up for AVG trial, you will be requested for card details too.
The trial process has been designed in such a way where customer agrees to get charged for 1 year subscription.

You will get the email notification prior 15 days regarding the auto renewal process and the charge that is going to be debited.
The charge will be debited within 3 days to the expiry date of trial. The reason is because, to ensure that you get uninterrupted service of the product.
