Cancelled subscriptions

Sorry that you decided to cancel your subscription with us.
Upon checking your account, we see that auto-renewal service wasn't cancelled successfully for your AVG Internet Security (3 windows PC) subscription. Hence, you have been charged AUD 164.99 for its renewal on Dec 25, 2019.
We initiated a refund in the amount AUD 164.99 and sent you an e-mail informing the same.

I have previously cancelled old subscriptions to AVG Tune up 4/12/20 & AVG internet security 25/12/20
I have now been charged $Aus164.99 on 25/12/20 to my account.
Would you please provide an immediate refund of this amount and the cancellation of these products as they have been previously shown on my account as cancelled. I no longer have a computer for this security.
If not followed up I will be seeking legal action ensure my previous requests are actioned.
