Cancelled Subscrtiption

In 2021  I downloaded AVG and took out a subscriptionf o

1-year subscription, 10 devices, billed annually
License Number: DCFPFL-U6Y4EJ-494BHW

I decided that I did not want it and did recieve a refund.
I no longer had a subscription, and all of a sudden £79.99 has appeared as a pending payment on my Debit Card to AVG.
I have not used AVG for at least 6 months, and have no idea what this is for,
Can this payment request be stopped by AVG, or if a payment does get taken from my a account, can a refund of this amount be paid.

The  £79.99 payment left my account on 5 May, and has not yet been refunded.
Woul;d be happy to use the email sent to me, but tat has not been recieved.
