Hello AVG. Why do you make it so difficult to cancel a subscription after a free trial of one of your products? Three times I tried to cancel before the free trial ended-it never works.You then make it just as hard to cancel once charged,hoping that the customer will keep the product.The only definite time we hear from you by e-mail is when you've charged us! It is sooo frustrating.I bet you get a lot of irate customers on the telephone
