Cancelling a subscription

I want to cancel my subscription to AVG!
I don't find the button 'unsucscribe"
Need help!

As per our record, the auto renewal service for your AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp - Multidevice subscriptions was already cancelled.
Hence, you were not able to see 'unsubscribe' button on your AVG MyAccount.
You will not be auto charged for these subscriptions. If you have another account associated with AVG, do contact our chat support using this https://support.avg.com/support_sales_chat  link.
They can get the details of it and check whether you have any AVG subscriptions on it.
