Hi, I am having serious problems in cancelling my AVG account and annual payments for a number of years.I got an email from AVG a long time ago stating that I hadn't been using my AVG Security for a long time. I tried to cancel as I had no use for as I had purchased other security and also claimed a refund for the period of non use. I got a reply indicating that my email had been received by AVG USA. Despite all my efforts to cancel by email and telephone I haven't been able to do so. I did come across on your web that you don't have a dedicated email address. Is this to make it difficult for anyone to cancel their accounts. It appears that AVG are aware that for a long time I haven't been using the security that I have paid for as the email indicated. I have recently received another email indicating that a deduction of €58.99 will be taken from my account on the 23rd. Nov. 2022. I am again reminding you not to take now or in the future subscriptions from me Bank account as you have being doing for quite a long time.despite all of my efforts to cancel. I hope this is the last time I have to do this and you will give me a refund for all of the time of non use.
