Cancelling an AVG account that AVG said they would and did not

Hi, I thought my old AVG account was cancelled last year as the email used by AVG does not exist anymore and I never use and it is defunct last year. I agreed to pay half and AVG agreed to stop the account after that. It did not and has billed me today. It is impossible to talk to somebody and hence using this other old account that has been stopped. The (order number removed). I want my money back and the account stopped. I am prepared to dispute this with my bank and ultimately take AVG through court proceedings…get somebody who can arrange for the account to be stopped and refund my money.
