I contacted you on 3rd. September, requesting that you DO NOT auto renew my subscription. I have had great difficulty contacting you by telephone. My ticket number is 3326611. I would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm that my auto renewal has now been terminated & that no funds will be taken from my bank account for this purpose. Thanking you in anticipation for your assistance regarding this matter.
