Cancelling auto renewal of my subscription

We see from our records that auto-renewal service was already cancelled for your AVG Internet Security multi-device product. Hence, the status is showing as 'Not available'. We assure you that no charges will be taken in future.

I wish to stop the auto renewal of my subscription of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (Formerly called AVG Protection PRO) due on 15th August 2019, I have had an email saying payment will be taken on 1st August 2019.  When I log onto my AVG account my Subscription status shows "Not Available" so I cannot change it not auto renew.
How do I stop the auto-renewal if there is no option in the my account page?
