I no longer want to use AVG Ultimate when my present contract expires 14th February 2017 but I am finding it impossible to cancel the automatic renewal.
I have tried through the email and through 'My Account' but the option to cancel does not appear. When I select 'Subscription' it just lists what I have with the message PRO features expire in 31 days and giving me an option to renew only.
Can somebody please help me before I go screaming mad. TIA
