Cancelling automatic renewing antivirus

last year I tried to cancel the  renewing on my antivirus because I did not have a computer where to installed it. but nobody got back to me. now that I finally ck my acoount I noticed that I paid for the antivirus but I never download it? can I get my refund or can I get the 2016 to download it in my computer?
