I have disabled auto renewal on this license and you will not be charged. To resolve your subscriptions not showing up in AVG MyAccount issue, I need to escalate it to concern team, shall I do that?
I would like to cancel my subscription but it says my emails address is not recognised even though I received an email about the renewal I followed the instructions to re register in order to cancel subscription and it says I have no subscriptions.
Could you please advise on how to cancel?
