We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel AVG Tuneup.
However, upon checking your account, you've an active subscription of TuneUp, valid till Aug 3, 2020 & also the automatic renewal is already disabled.
If you're concerned about a different subscription, then it might be registered under a different account (other than the one that you've used to raise this request).
