Cancelling AVG Tune up

Hi I am writing to cancel the AVG Tune up trial before 22/03/19.

i logged into my account to do so and i am not able to do so. can you assist me with this please?

Upon checking your account, we see that the trial version of AVG TuneUp has been already renewed & is valid till 2020.3.22.
Please let us know how you'd like to proceed with the charge.
