Re the e-mail "We’re keeping you protected and your subscription price update" I have just received from the AVG team please note when I subscribed the price quoted for the software prior to the discount offer was 53 euro not 73 euro as stated in the statement (refer to attachment). How do you account for this hefty increase which is clearly in breach of the original enticing conditions? More over I am having some issues with the software.Things being as they are I am not abiding by the new conditions and I am here with terminating my subscription.
I am however having difficulty doing so. I have been trying to cancel my AVG subscription by following the HERE link in the "We’re keeping you protected and your subscription price update". However this link does not provide any cancellation options. Opening MY Account alternative , the message I receive is that there is no record of my subscription!!
As I do not intend to renew and as I cannot access any cancellation options I am through this e-mail instructing you to terminate my subscription prior to its automatic renewal towards middle of this month.
