Cancelling free subscription

Since we're experiencing a technical issue with AVG my account server, this error has occurred.
We are working on this and it will be fixed at the earliest.
As per your request, we have cancelled the auto renewal for AVG TuneUp (30-day Trial) registered on your account.

I have tried to cancel my subscription following your on screen advice.When i click onto the My Profile 
page it informs me you are having an " internal error" which then stops me from cancelling said subscription.Could you please rectify and cancel my subscription immediately .
