Cancelling Free Trial Subscription Difficulties

Hi There,

I am having difficulty cancelling my 30 Day AVG TuneUp Free Trial.
I go to the selected subscription on my AVG (computer) app clicking on the down tab it only reveals the subscription product key with no option to unsubscribe/cancel.
Failing this I went into my online account directly to 'manage' my subscriptions which did not show any 'current' subscriptions. It then states when you click on 'Why don't I see all my subscriptions?' that free trails will not show or made visible.
Failing this I have taken screenshots to try and explain my difficulty in cancelling my 30day free trial in a composed email to customer support which I am unable to find a contact email for either on the computer app or the website. 
Unfortunately I have ran out of options other than to ask on here for any help regarding this? It would be greatly appreciated as I only have tonight and tomorrow to cancel my TuneUp 30day Free Trail subscription - Unfortunately I was under the impression upon signing up to would be a bit more straight forward to cancel if I opted to do so towards the end of trial.
