I want to cancel my 60 day trial for AVG internet security as I'm unsatisfied with what I was given. I tried contacting the AVG staff about it and I was given the reply that they couldn't find my purchase anywhere. I do not want to pay the bill at the end of the trial and I want to be refunded. What should I do?
