We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel the AVG subscription.
However, upon checking your account, we see that the automatic renewal of PC TuneUp is already disabled.
Hence, you can be rest assured that the license will not be renwed & will expire on 2019.10.12.

I want to stop  the Tune up programm which finished ad 12 okober 2019.
I do not use the programm. I have tryed to stop alreadythe programm for a a year ago
But this was not succesful. So stop mine  abonnement. I not want t pay it  So stop mine automatic payment.
I trust to  get a answerd of you.
