Cancelling my account

I understand that you wish to cancel the automatic renewal in your account. If it is, I have cancelled the automatic renewal for AVG Internet Security in your account and you will not be charged by AVG again. If you wish to delete your AVG MyAccount completely, I suggest you to send this request after 10/28/2017. As your AVG products are valid till this date. If you delete your AVG MyAccount now, this will disable all the active AVG subscriptions as well. So, we request you to contact after this date, to delete your AVG MyAccount.

I followed instructions to cancel my account (click on my subscriptions at  top of page )- no box to  click?? 
Could you please cancel my account from your end as you have  offered to other clients?
