However, why did I not receive the reply officially in an email instead of me having to research the site and why is there no link for me to delete my billing details, particularly my card details??? I only signed up for ONE subscription which I've cancelled, and noticed that I had automatically been charged for a second service which I did NOT request. Please ENSURE THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION IS COMPLETELY CANCELLED. I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW IT. Sorry for the confusion. You will receive an email regarding the automatic extension of AVG subscription before 45 days and will be billed 15 days before the product expires.
The auto renewal status for AVG Internet Security - Unlimited has been already cancelled on 2018-10-14. The product will not be renewed and no money will be charged from your account.

Please CANCEL automatic deductions on my account. I will no longer be using AVG because your billing system is very confusing. I have been charged large amounts for protection I did not request, and on unexpected dates. Why is signing up so easy, but cancelling so difficult, especially when trying to cancel my account details???
Are you referring to the confirmation email regarding the cancellation of auto renewal status?

Your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited is valid till 2019.2.7 and we assure you that you will not be charged further. Have you subscribed to AVG using alternate email address?
If you are not using AVG products, go to the Privacy Preference portal (link: https://www.avg.com/gdpr) to review data we collect and submit your data deletion request which delete all your details including credit card from our records.
