You had two trial orders initiated for the same product, one of which was refunded earlier and the other was renewed now.

I was just billed on my Paypal acct. again after I thought I had cancelled my subscription back in Nov. '18. I did not receive a prior notice, was just automatically billed on Jan.15 '19. I have requested a refund again but just want to make sure you cancel my subscription so this doesn't keep happening.
