Cancelling my AVG Account

I thought I had cancelled my AVG account off my computer but it would appear that I hadn't, as a payment notification from PayPal has just been received for the annual amount.
In going through the process of cancelling this product, I discovered that there's no account or product to be cancelled. So, I am stuck. I have cancelled the PayPal transaction, so this shouldn't be collected.
