Cancelling my AVG - TuneUp subscription

Would you please cancel my 2-years-AVG-TuneUp subscription who is to renew on 27th december.
I got an e-mail from "notification.automat@mail.avg.com" announcing that, but I can't find the subscription. Please don't renew the subscription and send me an e-mail for confirmation.
