I understand the inconvenience.
I see that two orders was initiated for AVG Secure VPN trial.
Auto renewal was cancelled for one of the order and not for the other it was still enabled.
Hence, you were charged for it before 10 days of the expiry of the trial.

I have cancelled my sub before it was renewed and still have money taken out of my account after the free trial.

I thought that cancelling before your trial is over would mean they would not take money from my account.
