Both refund and license transfer is possible. You can apply for refund by clicking on the below link (https://support.avg.com/RefundForm?l=en_US ). Fill in the webform and submit. The refund team will contact you through email and your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.
To transfer your AVG license, please uninstall AVG from your old device and then install your AVG subscription in the new laptop . Feel free to contact us for any further queries.

hello, earlier today avg security automatically renewed and withdrew the fee from my bank account…i was wondering if it was possible to cancel the renewal/ and charge on my bank account…i have always been pleased with the service from avg…it is just that my budget does not allow for a renewal at this time…also…i am no longer using the computer in which the avg protection was used for…if there isnt a way to cancel…would it be possible to transfer the protection to my new laptop (which i am sending this message from)
